No Refund Policy
All membership fees, enrollment fees, administrative fees, and related payments made to Alternate Therapy Cost Assistance LLC are non-refundable.
By purchasing or enrolling in our medicinal cannabis reimbursement membership program, you acknowledge and agree that:

All payments are final.

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time, unused benefits, or early cancellation.

Failure to use membership benefits does not qualify for a refund.

Dissatisfaction with reimbursement outcomes, eligibility determinations, or processing times does not qualify for a refund.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to info@alternaterx.com.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing (if applicable), but:

No refunds will be issued for prior payments.

No prorated refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Membership benefits remain active only through the end of the current paid billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges. If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us first at info@alternaterx.com so we can review and resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of membership.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.
