Alternate Therapy Cost Assistance Membership Program

1. Program Overview

 

 

The Alternate Therapy Cost Assistance Membership Program (“Program”) is a private membership-based assistance club designed to provide limited financial reimbursement support to approved members for qualifying alternative therapy-related expenses, including legally purchased medicinal dispensary products.

 

This Program:

 

  • Is not insurance

  • Is not a dispensary

  • Does not sell, distribute, or prescribe cannabis or any controlled substances

  • Does not guarantee reimbursement

 

 

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

 

To participate, members must:

 

  • Be 21 years of age or older (or legal age required by state law)

  • Reside in a state where medicinal purchases are legal

  • Provide accurate and truthful enrollment information

  • Maintain active membership status

  • Comply with all state and federal laws

 

 

Membership is non-transferable.

 

 

 

3. Membership Activation & 25-Day Grace Period

 

 

Upon enrollment and payment of the initial membership fee, a mandatory 25-day waiting (grace) period applies before any reimbursement claims may be submitted.

 

  • No reimbursement requests may be submitted or approved during the first 25 days of membership.

  • The 25-day period resets if membership lapses due to non-payment.

  • Claims submitted before the 25-day period has elapsed will be automatically denied.

 

 

This waiting period is required to maintain program sustainability and prevent abuse of benefits.

 

 

 

4. Qualifying Expenses

 

 

Eligible expenses may include:

 

  • Legally purchased medicinal dispensary products

  • State-licensed alternative therapy products

  • Related medical consultation fees (if applicable)

 

 

All reimbursement requests must include:

 

  • A valid itemized receipt

  • Date of purchase

  • Name of licensed dispensary or provider

  • Proof of payment

  • Proof of legal eligibility if required in your state

 

 

The Program reserves the right to approve or deny any submission at its sole discretion.

 

 

 

5. Reimbursement Limits

 

 

  • Maximum reimbursement per request: $75

  • Maximum reimbursement per month: $75

  • Annual cap (if applicable): $900

 

 

Reimbursements are subject to:

 

  • Available membership funds

  • Review approval

  • Compliance verification

 

 

Approval is not guaranteed.

 

 

 

6. Membership Fees

 

 

  • Membership fees are due monthly/annually.

  • Fees are non-refundable.

  • Membership must be active at the time of purchase and at the time of submission.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension and restart of the 25-day waiting period.
